[SUCCESVOL INGEVULD] Technical Support Specialist (speaks German,English&Dutch)


The job: The Technical Support Specialist provides first line support to our customers. An extensive product and support training program will be part of the start-up phase of the job. (M/F, 40 hrs.)


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming requests by email, phone from our internal and external customers in German, Dutch and English,
  • Responsible for accurate and timely data input into the CRM system. Documents all issues and interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions provided,
  • Conducts appropriate follow up, keeps the customer informed, provides status when problem identified,
  • Responsible for 1st level End to End product troubleshooting and product support.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with cross functional teams such as Account Managers, Field Engineers, Sales Managers and IT.
  • Participates in planned or unplanned downtime-resolution,


Job requirements:

    • MBO working and thinking level,
    • Work experience in a technical support environment,
    • Service and customer minded,
    • Strong troubleshooting, ability to define problems and create solutions effectively and efficiently, analysis skills,
    • Strong communication skills,
    • Fluent in German, Dutch and English (verbal and written), knowledge of other European languages (written and verbal) is considered a plus,
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, accurate worker,
    • Ability to work with deadlines in a dynamic environment,
    • Flexible and independent worker and team player
